# FrameFeeds.com: Humans as an API

FrameFeeds.com is a vetted human workforce behind an API, for work that needs a person: labelling data, checking a model's output, judging quality, transcribing, reviewing video. Sign up, set up tasks and pay per task, with no sales call and no contract to negotiate.

## What you get

- **Self-serve from start to finish.** Sign up, describe a task, fund it, collect results. No minimum spend and no subscription.
- **Pay per task.** Set a pay range and pay each answer anything within it, down to nothing for completely fraudulent work. There is no minimum, and a task can pay up to £999,999.
- **Workers in several countries.** Ask for a country or a language, or take whoever is free.
- **We handle the people side.** Contracts, liability, identity verification and background checks are ours to do, not yours. Workers contract with us, never with you.
- **Train your own workers.** Build a course workers must pass before they can do your work, with a graduation bonus after a set number of tasks to get them to sign up.
- **Long tasks too.** A single task can run for up to 5 hours.
- **Choose who does what.** Send a task only to the person who did an earlier one, or to anyone except them. Give a task a priority and it is done before the rest.
- **Full control over your workers.** Every worker has an id, so you can follow each one's progress and results. Fire a worker from one project or from your whole account whenever you like.
- **Workers when you need them.** Workers have an app that pings them the moment there is new work. For work that has to happen at set times, make a commitment: tell us how much work you need done between which hours, and we line up workers on shifts in advance.
- **Untrustworthy workers get removed.** Send us any signal you have that a worker's results cannot be trusted: wrong answers on items you already know, copied work, machine-written answers, impossible speed. We act on it, and that worker stops receiving tasks site-wide.
- **Your data goes when you say.** One API call removes your data. Whatever you leave is removed after 30 days.
- **Labelling set-up done for you.** Confidentiality agreements with workers, ready-made task screens and their translation (or bring your own screen in an iframe), and anonymisation of your data before a worker sees it.

## Trust

The main issue with outsourcing data labelling work is that you can't trust the person labelling the data to not just enter random stuff. Here's how we deal with it:

1. We make it easy to set up tasks that cross-verify multiple worker answers.
2. We plant trap questions to catch out workers who are entering information randomly.
3. We verify the identity of workers so they can't set up more than one account.
4. We strictly block anyone who gets answers wrong on purpose.

## Speed

Measured on real work done by our workers between 11 September and 11 October 2026:

| Measure | Result |
|---|---|
| Tasks posted | 10,295 |
| Claimed by a worker | 99.2% |
| Typical time to be claimed (median) | 7 minutes |
| Average time to be claimed | 69 minutes |
| Claimed within 10 minutes | 56% |
| Claimed within an hour | 78% |
| Workers who did them | 155 |

The average is higher than the typical time because tasks posted outside working hours wait longer. These were long tasks: one took a worker between 20 and 77 minutes, depending on its type.

## Pricing

- **We take 5% of what you pay workers.** There is no fixed fee per task, no subscription and no minimum.

Example: 1,000 items, 3 workers per item, $0.10 per worker per item.

| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Worker pay (1,000 × 3 × $0.10) | $300.00 |
| FrameFeeds.com fee ($300.00 × 0.05) | $15.00 |
| Total | $315.00 |
